Completion Dates Explained

We ask for a completion date because it can be verified at the municipal level if the Manufacturers are audited.

It’s not when the products were purchased but when all products in a given residential address have been installed.

What defines a completion date? 

A completion date can be:

* When you finish a home or remodeling project (All products have been installed)

* When you acquire a Certificate of Occupancy

* When you Close with the homeowner

Completion Dates can be specific dates (6/30) or the general month (June)
