What you can find on the portal

The HBA Rebates portal uses a single login for all users from the email address provided to us. It simplifies access while ensuring that each user only sees the content relevant to their company. Once logged in, you'll be able to securely view and download the resources you’re authorized to access. Note: Portal access requires participation with HBA Rebates. If you have participated with HBA Rebates, and you do not have login information, contact your HBA representative.

Should we submit files through the new portal or continue to email/upload to the website?

Please use either option. The file-sharing portal is an extension of our website. While you can use the portal to manage your files, our website continues to function as usual where claims can be submitted. Either way, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of submitting your claim.
